An exhibition for everyone
Contributions are encouraged from community
groups all over Yorkshire. Individuals are welcome
to participate as well.
The aims of the exhibition are;
For people to express their views on any of the
five themes identified by
Debate of the Age.
To use creative ways of expressing those views;
a wide variety of art forms are possible.
This is an exhibition about ideas and opinions -
the art work is a way of getting your message
across. What you have to say is important, and
saying it in a lively interesting way is important
- being an accomplished artist in a conventional
sense is not important.
The Exhibition
The exhibition opening was on August 29th 1999
in York. It will tour around Yorkshire during the
year 2000.
Group pieces will be displayed with
additional photos and comments about the process.
Individuals work will be mounted together
under main headings, for this reason we are unable
to return individual pieces.
